Beach Beauty: The July Glam Bag from Ipsy!

Guess what I got in the mail today? Well, actually it came yesterday but I didn't check the mail til a little while ago. Anyway, if you read the title of this post, you know my July Glam Bag arrived and I'm actually pretty excited about what's in it. For those of you who don't know, Ipsy is a monthly subscription bag. For $10 each month you get a cute makeup bag filled with 4-5 deluxe sized (and sometimes full-size) products. It's my favorite thing about a new month starting.

This month's bag includes these goodies (full size price):
  • Demeter Fragrance Salt Air Roll On Perfume - This one is full size($10)
  • Coola Organic Mineral Sunscreen ($36.00)
  • BH Cosmetics California Collection ($10)
  • Sexy Hair Weather Proof Humidity Fighting Hairspray ($18.99)
  • Pop Beauty Pouty Lip Crayon- This one is full size ($25 in a set of 6 colors)
I have to admit that when I saw this month's teasers for the bag, I freaked out because everyone kept talking about sea salt spray. I recognized the bottle as a Healthy Sexy Hair product, so I was dreading it. For the last few months, there has always been one product in my bag that is totally not the business for me. This being my 4th bag from Ipsy, I think they finally got it right. Plus, I just had to come show you these eye shadows. The sample collection came with a really pretty grape purple, shimmery bronze and gold that I was hoping didn't blend into my skin like most of the one's I own. They win. I don't own any BH palettes, but that color pay off might convince me.  That was two swipes of a fingertip!

And the lip crayon is really smooth. Not sticky at all. The color  is called Coral Crush. I like it. What Do you guys think?

Well, my beauties, that's all I have for you this time around. I'll give the hairspray and perfume a whirl later. I don't like to judge perfume on a first sniff alone. I might like it for a second and then hate it after wearing it all day. First impressions says it smells good. Kinda that generic beach product smell. Not in a bad way, but it doesn't make me jump at a chance to wear it. We'll see what happens.
