Beginner-Friendly Everyday Makeup Tutorial | Drugstore Makeup

Sometimes, I just have to simplify my routine. Living in the South during the summer provides every opportunity for my face to melt off. It's been a wonderful 98 degrees for the last several days, so I needed to keep my face as light as possible. Where do I choose to focus my makeup? Perfecting my skin while keeping it glowy, long lashes and good brows.

Good brows go a long, long way, people. I feel like brows change lives.

Believe it or not, though this has been my go-to look for a while now-- especially when I'm getting ready to head out and run errands or a quick lunch date. I love how simple and fresh it is. Because there's nothing colorful to compete on my face, I can literally wear any color I want on my lips and look put together and polished.

This is a great base to start any makeup look, so it is perfect for anyone who is just starting out in makeup and wants something basic to master and build on to later. You can start from here and practically go anywhere you want!

The other great part about this look is that it is crazy affordable. Every single one of these products can be found at your local drugstore. None of them cost me more than $10 each. If you need tips to help you out while shopping, check out this post. You don't have to break the bank to keep it cute!
